Hi everyone, Currently in L&D role pivoting to project management (non-technical). Other than earning PMP (exam next month), any certifications or experience to pursue? I’ve managed SaaS implementations, program development, research, and content development projects. Any advice welcome. Thank you. You can target TPM roles with your experience. Lot of really well paying jobs.
Thank you - I should probably give TPM roles another look. Many job descriptions seemed to require a developer background/CS degree which I don’t have. But I’m a ruthless learner and working to address my knowledge gaps.

For a second thought about Pivot at amazon. Pip in official term is pivot at amazon. Amazon kills your soul after working there.
Thanks. I see that pivot/PIP program at Amazon and have edited the subject line for clarity.
