Career change to become Scrum master

Currently in legal (9years) looking to switch career to become a Scrum master. No experience here. Heard it's a promising career. Other than getting the certification, how can I switch and get a decent paying job without starting from the bottom. Any Scrum masters willing to coach/mentor me? TC- 100k

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ are you trolling? Just in case you are earnest, I need more info.. Are you a PM? Or a business analyst?

Do you know what project managers do in general?

Don't think of it as a career because it really isn't one. Think of it as a stepping stone to get you somewhere.

Do SPO on top of CSM. CSM is dying as a job imo. Useless animator to the team. SPO will drive you to the role groomed by brassheads to be central in the modern sdlc. They want such role to perform as CSM, SPO, BA, PA, another PM.

Is this what's happening at Pitney Bowes?

Yep. It is like that for a while. Same POD structure, remote teams across the globe, no PMs etc
