Asians - what are your thoughts on asian female white male ?
Hey all! I'm an analyst in a consulting company in the US energy/power markets industry. My background is in electrical engineering (power systems). I'm curious about what career paths can open up for me now (assuming anyone's even heard of energy markets)? I'm trying to stay on the electrical engineering side of things but I can branch out into finance/risk related roles too if it gives a good growth to my career. Any advice is appreciated! Or if you wanna know more about the renewable energy industry or US power markets, I'm happy to enlighten :D TC: 73k YOE: 6months (after my master's) Location: Virginia (greater DC area)
Agreed! But storage careers are usually programming/software related and I've never been especially good at that... But I'm willing to jump to one if the money is good :)
Get on with an ISO, then jump to market participant in the region.
Any idea how many YOE would be good enough to get into one? From what I heard they want PhD or solid-experienced ppl. Also, which ISO would be good to get in (considering market challenges and growth opportunities)?
