Career progress options for working as quality operations associate at Waymo

I have been working as a software quality operations associate at Waymo’s triage team. The work place is good. The only downside is no direct scope of promotion and the pay is low. In what job interview I can use this experience at my advantage and get a better job with higher pay and career progression option? My background is in EE and Computer Engineering. The only reason I took the job is I was not getting any other job out of grad school and my OPT was running out. I am happy with the this being entry level job but I am constantly worrying how can I get a better job. #waymo
