Career progression in US vs India
I am a competent software engineer who aspires to climb the engineering levels. I have seen a pattern of very less senior engineers in India compared to US. Also faster promotions in US. Should I consider moving to US via internal transfers ? TC 45 LPA YOE 4.5 #engineering #software #swe

Promotions are faster and better in USA. Thats are where the decisions are taken.
