What is wlb in @CDK global . And how is the interview process lined and diff components in a compensation.
WLB has been fantastic for me. Never worked on a weekend, and I can count on one hand the times I put in more than 40 hrs. Interview process is different team to team and level of experience. For my team there’s an HR screen then a panel interview with half behavioral and half technical. That said I’ve only interviewed interns and juniors. Comp is a little mediocre. Juniors start around 75k, mid level 90k and senior around 110k. Annual raises are capped at 5%. Usually a sign on bonus is included.
Is this in Bay Area?
😂. Don’t joke . Can’t afford to be in Bay Area with these $. Don’t be lazy and go to h1bdata.com to get directional sense of salaries
WLB depends on the groups/teams so it’s hard to say. I find it very hard or worse of all the places I have been. Lots of meetings, people don’t get things done, just lots of talks. Recently, company agreed to go private , so not sure how the comp will look going forward from July. It used to have base + bonus and some levels and above get RSU. Interview process also depend on the teams and some are easy and some are hard. So not being very useful here. If your role and impact will be great and you feel you are fairly compensated, not harm in going for it.
