I have been in job market for more than a year, but I couldnt get interview calls from h1b employers as Full Time and Direct Position. Without applying my profile got picked by 3 FAANG companies and rejected for 2. I hope your resume doesn’t have those keywords (project implementation) because development teams don’t implement projects, they do product development. So wondering if it’s the format and content of your resume which is throwing hiring managers off. Also, I wouldn’t put much emphasis on selenium, QA etc. unless you are interviewing for hybrid roles.
I agree. Focus on the skills related. Don’t bother mentioning unrelated skills like selenium. Unless you are looking for SDET, those can only bring trouble.
