Change location on Pending I-140
Can I change my location (CA to NY) if my PERM application is filed but I’m yet to receive I-140? This is not a job transfer or change of role. I’ve a personal reason to work remotely and wondering if I can shift before receiving my I-140? Thanks. Edit: I do have plans to come back to CA in 6-8 months.

I actually did this and my I140 got approved. I moved from the bay area to the east coast on a pending I140.

If you are planning work remotely & have plans to return...I suggest you don’t inform. Just keep the flow. If you inform, it will complicate things & delay.
