Changing Jobs
I am currently working for Oracle in Pennsylvania for about 2.5 yrs and I make about 185-190k/yr (including everything). I am actively interviewing and I am looking for a new opportunity in the bay area. My RSU’s(~60k) vest every year in May. Does it make sense to move to a new job before the RSU’s vest? or should I take the RSU’s from oracle and then move? I dont have any offers yet but I have few onsites and tech screens lined up in October. I dont really have any issue at my current job and its flexible enough and I get time to do leetcode, onsites and phone interviews. Also, Oracle is my first job. I have 2.5 YOE.
Damn, is this OCI? I didn't know Oracle had good salaries for 2.5yoe
If (salary difference per month) x months until vesting event < vest amount, stay until the vesting event. Else leave now.

What level at Oracle?
Dang, that's great comp for 2.5 years if you aren't living in a HCoL area. Are you including things outside RSUs and salary?
Very reasonable cost of living. RSUs and salary is pretty much all I get at Oracle. Annual bonus is almost non existent. I had a 40k sign on and relocation which I got when I joined. I haven’t added that in the TC
