Changing teams in SAP across the Org

I want to change my team and I am wiling to move across organizations. How easy is it to change teams in SAP? 1) Should I keep looking for internal job postings and apply to them? 2) Does your manager gets an email when you apply to internal jobs? 3) Do we have to interview again for another team? #SAP #teamchange

I guess it's 1 and 3. The manager won't know until you tell him or you are officially tagged to another project. Better keep him in the loop when planning to move.

WLB is really great at SAP. I hardly work on weekends except for paid oncalls if required.
