Got an offer from Charles Schwab. Yet to discuss the TC , only got the verbal confirmation. Any one knows how's the wlb and growth over there? This tech position is based out of Texas . How much can I negotiate for a senior software engineer role? Thanks Current tc :130k Yoe :8

Top comment says it all. Very very outdated tech and middle management is awful. Will be working with primarily offshore devs most of the time unless you get slotted with a great team

Wlb is really great. Growth not so much. Schwab tech is considered outdated, like really legacy stuff. Best part is the people though-always supportive and friendly. However there's bureaucracy and huge unwillingness to change.
Any idea how much I can ask for? Checked levels fyi and I see it around 150k..not sure if I can negotiate more than that
