Charles schwab interview
Hi all What can I expect from Charles schwab in the interview? This is for a tech role, mostly sr staff. How much of a TC to expect? Do they offer joining bonus, stocks? Current Base - $135k YOE - 13 Please don’t judge my base, I am at a bank and you all know it !#engineering #swe

It depends completely on the team. I've had and given interviews that were extremely easy without even a coding question and then some are more challenging. But I think it's safe to say that no one is giving Leercode hards no matter who you are interviewing with.
I used to work at Schwab in 2020. The base for Sr.Staff was around 120-160K and bonus was flat 16K. No RSU.
Title inflation? $120-160k for Sr. Staff sounds insane.
