Why everyone in Amazon leaves to join Microsoft, from junior engineers to VP? When I joined Amazon, after a month, a half of my team (5 engineers and 1 TPM) left to join Microsoft because of stressed WLB. 3 of them now are in the same team and pretty happy. Why not Google, Facebook or any other company?
