It has been very frustrating to see people cheat their ways to SDE jobs. So on a website of certain country people blatantly posting questions that are being asked on phone interviews and OAs in their own language. There are group of people who solve interview questions together, even with phone and video, they have techniques to get the whole group help one individual pass. I just came to know people actually do interview in group and even can pay for someone else to take the interview for them if it is by phone or even with video. This is becoming so absurb and unfair to honest people. There are so many people from same ethnic group in my school who got into some big Tech through cheating and they even boasted about that. It is so frustrating!
They just move around collecting sign on and repeating the cheating, some people survive but they should not deserve it through fair competition with other candidates
Must be that Chinese site. I read it sometimes
yes www.1point3acres.com, they have all OA and phone interview questions for all US companies currently recruiting, need to pay to access and entirely in Chinese
That’s a big problem for our society. We don’t care about IP, we don’t care about human rights, we don’t care about the trust and reputation. Everything has to give their way to the short-term interest. You know people who study in US is the top 1% in terms of quality. But they still bring have bad habits here As a chinese, I’m so sad to see this. We want to replace US as the leader, but ack like a scum and sometime over snowflake when faced of criticism
There is also "support group" that you need to pay to get help in interview, quite costly and they do not accept everyone
Only references work eh?
only if u know someone that can introduce
It's not just interview questions, it's GRE/GMAT questions people memorize and post. They have everything on there and I'm not sure if there are like common internet laws or what not but it's definitely a disgusting practice
It has SAT GRE GMAT major universities exam questions too, very disgusting that it is there and nobody can do anything
On that 1point3acre website?
Didn't Mike Ross from Suits make a living off writing the Bar exam for others?
You mean one of the same groups of people that will turn around after they cheat their way in and claim that companies and schools are “lowering the bar” for others and discriminating against them? 😂
(surprised pikachu face) How could this happen!
Oops. This is what it happens if the interviews are based on the repeated questions and solve a code. Seems no one is talking about experience and architectures or I fact domains. If the interviewer is smart, he should be able to catch. If they want just “well prepared interviewer” all these happen. It’s time for these companies to grow beyond monotonous hiring- generalists concept.
no the cheating is all the ways, no matter how companies change the process they will find a loop hole
Explain to me how leetcode premium, leetcode discuss, and glassdoor are any different
There is a big difference between studying for interview and having someone do the interview for you.
Is this a serious question?
There are many schemes, which I cannot disclose here. But usually it involves long con and finding a way to 1st job in a tech companies. I know lot of people in USA (hint: texas) who did this, to get jumpstart in tech. But I don't agree with this

IRS Warns Thousands of Taxpayers They Could Face Jail Time
Wouldn’t they just get piped out once they start at the job and people realize they are incompetent?
That would assume there is a strong correlation between solving interview questions and being a incompetent swe
They won't get piped, there are services in India where you can hire folks to give you "job support" or even flat outsource the whole thing.
