I know, CA dealers are trying to cash in on the fact that 2016 vehicles are loosing HOV tags and looking to lease/buy again

Leased 2018 Volt LT in late October with comfort and safety package for $9500 onetime payment. 36 months, 12k miles/year. Will get $1500 back from CA and $800 from pg&e. Yeah, below 300k combined TC.
