How was the interview like? Similar to a swe interview?
Workday has great culture and WLB. Learning opportunities depends on individual; managers typically support and provide feedback, but ICs are expected to decide for themselves what learning (and career) path they want to pursue. Managers do not prescribe a path for you. WFH depends on team and org; but in general it is flexible and most managers are supportive of if.
Not sure about Workday but Walmart has suite of products and as an SDET you'll enjoy catching many bugs and show that you have an impact.
