Choosing between BlackBerry and Wipro

Got laid off by Microsoft in January. Worked as a data scientist. Got offer from BlackBerry - as a data scientist for their cyber security arm - new R&D team set up in India Another offer from Wipro CTO innovation group as Principal Researcher Pay is same for both. Which one to choose? I know wipro is service based but group seemed exclusive and work is good. But the notice period is 3 months
