Chuds in Airbnb Split Level
Recently my family booked an Airbnb and when we got there it was a split level with someone living in the basement. We could hear the basement people or "chuds" as my partner calls them; sneeze and use the bathroom. Is this common?

Next time you book make sure to chose “Entire Place” option.
