Hello, Im an intern at Cisco and was thinking of moving back home (middle east) after graduating. Theres a Cisco office with some developers there. Assuming I do get a return offer, would it be feasible to internally transfer to a middle eastern office (or anything around that timezone)?

What do you think is wrong with a kid who got rejected by 9 colleges?
As far as I know, you need to wait 1 year in the team before relocation. It also depends on the team and if your manager is ok with it. I moved to my home country and my manager was fine with it. You need to make sure you are valuable to the team so everyone is ok to work with a member in another timezone. Pay will be according to the new location so don't think you can retain your current compensation (if it is higher with the exchange rate).
Ya I dont mind the compensation change. But would it be possible to switch to a different team entirely? Cisco has an office in my home country so if any teams are hiring there I wouldn’t mind joining.
if the other team is willing to hire you then I don't think there should be any issues. Also i am assuming there's no visa or immigration required as it is your home country. If there's any kind of immigration required then it can become complicated. In my case I only needed an offer letter from Cisco office in my home country.
