Cisco Delaying in releasing Offer
I was interviewed for one of the teams for Appdynamics (Cisco subsidiary) for Software Engineer 2 position. I cleared all the rounds and background verification also. This process took a month and now they are saying that we have kept external hiring on hold for 2 weeks. But your candidature is confirmed and your offer letter will be released. We'll get back to you after 2 weeks. Is there anyone who is also waiting for an offer letter to be released?and is this normal?
The same thing is happening with me as we speak! I started the interview process on 20th January, cleared all the rounds by 31st Feb. But due to some reason the position got filled! Had to give final interview again with different Hiring Manager (20th Feb). I am still waiting for the offer and it's 3rd March today!
