Cisco Salary Review: Software Engineer 4
As a newbie to the industry, I would love your opinions on this offer :) Loc: CA, Remote Base: 112k Yearly Bonus: 5% of Base SignOn Bonus: 10k Position: Software Engineer (grade level 4) Education: B.S. in CS Context, I'm a Cisco intern heading into full time. Have had multiple internships in the past, no RSU in this offer. What would be a good amount to negotiate too, if any?

It's pretty standard/fair - in the same boat as you as a new grad PM with a very similar base salary and annual bonus.
Not going to lie. It’s not that great. But take the job anyway. Get some experience then try for fang in about 6 months
