How are tech support roles even eligible for h1? Can a company realistically make the claim there's no american smart enough to fill tech support roles??
And how would you define Software Engineering as “specialization” when anyone who goes to a bootcamp for 3 months and start writing a code ?? Can’t American citizens do that either ? 🤣🤣
I was under the impression a degree was required for h1. Most of the people I work with (me included) are masters/phd
