Hi, I am a University of Washington coding bootcamp graduate with 1 YOE. After I was laid off, I was grinding InterviewKickstart and solved around 300 leetcode problems. I think I'm ready for interviews. I found an opening at Cisco that I'm interested in. The job ID is 1380727 and the link below https://jobs.cisco.com/jobs/ProjectDetail/Software-Engineer-I-Intern-United-States/1380727?user=1 I would really appreciate it if someone can make me a referral. Thank you in advance. #tech #refer #cisco #ciscoreferral #layoffs
Why are you going for internships when u already graduated?
It is a good way to get a full-time position.
Applying for a full time position is the best way to get a full time position
You have 1 YOE give the kids who don’t have any experience a chance. Also, since when can bootcamp grads apply for internships? Thought it was only for kids who still had semesters remaining on their degree plan after the internship
In the present reality, every opportunity is a good one. In the info they have : Including but not limited to an upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College or 4-Year University.
