Cisco vs Pure Storage

Got promoted to senior level at my current company last week, got increment in base compensation as well as annual bonus. Just a day before my promotion, I accepted offer from another company with better base compensation. Equity given is almost same at both the companies. Stock price of current company is better than new company but stock growth is not much for either of the companies. Also, one of my priorities is GC. Current company took 3 years to file my application for GC. New company will start the process immediately. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be of great help. Current Company: Cisco Bc: 153k Annual Bonus: 15% New Company: Pure Storage Bc: 175k Annual Bonus: 10% Will start GC application in few days.
