Weed is 10x better than caffeine for my work, met others who say that same. Drug testing in high level jobs is archaic imo. If you’re smart enough to get into Citadel, they should let you handle yourself however is sustainable for you. (For those of you who can’t handle, or know others who couldn’t handle their substances, no need to comment)
There are ways to mitigate the drugs to show up in ur test, depending on what u have been taking

When I joined it was cocaine, meth, heroin. No weed because that is legal in NYC. My advice is don't do drugs. They will not help you. They will only hurt. Identify what you are trying to stifle with your habit and address it at the core. If you have to ask then you're already down a path of bad actions.
