Citadel NXT comp
Hi blind， I recently passed citadel's NXT interview and entered team match stage. I'm wondering how much comp should i ask for? I see crazy numbers in blind and levels.fyi like 600+k for TC. Is it realistic to ask that much? Also is leaving tech to join finance a good career move? Yoe. 4 (Amazon) Tc: 225k

Lol the majority of your comp is bonus not salary. So, it's unrealistic to ask that much.
After Hood, Citadel is on the chopping block. Keep an eye out.

600 tough, 400 min, not including signing Base/target first year bonus should be 50/50

That’s super variable — I personally got on the low end but it was a product of having weak competing offers
SDE 2 asking for above 500 seems high, hard to view as reasonable unless you have competing offers. I’s do Base+Bonus of 400 and sign-on on top of that (especially if relocating)
600k for 4 yoe is completely reasonable here
