Citadel Offer
I recently got positive feedback from Citadel interview. I see an insane polarized view about Citadel and it questions whether to consider them. I have a year old son and wlb is good here at Amazon. Also, I see insane TC from Citadel in this forum. What can I expect? YoE: 10 Current TC: 400k L6

Hey op, did u get the offer?
I had an offer there and decided to decline for following reasons: - most of TC is from expected bonus, which is not guaranteed (prefer RSU) - not impressed with most of the interviewers - manager said expect to work 10-12 hour days - some calls with team were on weekend, so expect to always be oncall - seemed very bureaucratic and inefficient culture, for example scheduling a 2 min phone call for something that could have been handled by email I think only reason to work at Citadel is if you're willing to work very hard to make as much π° as possible.
