I can tell you that the average initial new grad offer is around 150/50/50 and usually caps around 175/100/100 from negotiation for stronger candidates. Maybe you can extrapolate a lower bound from that People don’t really want to share their TC’s here because we’re so small/the variance is so high that you could be identified from it
