I had a first interview with Citi, and the Indian lady interviewer asked me so specific questions. Why are Indian interviewers like this?
What exactly was the “so specific questions?”
Leave Indian women alone ... you prob just suck at interviews or your ego is inflated
The Indians are the ones with inflated egos. They are basically programmable robots completely devoid of any original thoughts. To compensate for this, they send around surveys asking for suggestions for improvement, desperately hoping an American will take the bait so they can submit the American’s ideas as their own and get promoted. News flash: the Mumbai employees will never get promoted, but they have been buying that promise for years. The Mumbai employees will work twice as many hours if you promise them a higher title, they don’t even care about money 😂. Made up projects for them to work on is also a carrot for them in lieu of higher pay. They think they are morally and intellectually superior to Americans with their degrees from third world Indian universities. They have gotten uppity and forgotten their place, which is in the back office working overnight their time so they’re awake when I am here in America, ready to jump to attention when I send them some menial task to complete, thanking me in broken English.

Idk…they are just low self-esteem people. Asking questions that have nothing to do with a job description or my resume
