It has been 9 months since I applied for a position at citi, 4 months since I started interviewing, 3 months since my final interview and selection. After 3 months of waiting for the final offer I just got it and have been given a single day to verbally accept. Is this normal? can this be extended? Also has anyone had luck getting them to write down bonus percent for first year? Honestly I really liked the team, but the process and Hr have been terrible. Sounds like you are plan B for them
Maybe during the wait for the initial interview. But after that was expedited through interviews and was told by hiring manager that they would be writing up an offer at the end of the interview. Hr is just beyond slow
Then I am wrong. But that’s a lonnng process.
Lol
I’d ask why I’m getting a day and they took nine months, but I’m petty like that. I applied for 50 jobs with Optum before I got in, and the timeline for the process was only ever month if I made it to the final interview stage.
SVP. Not sure on sign on HR seemed to want to get me off the phone as soon as possible without giving any details but wanting an acceptance. Strangest process I’ve ever been through.
