Came to US on H1B recently (no I140 or GC initiated yet and no hopes as well) work-location Texas. Got offer from Citi in Tech Industry (Sr support Analyst), role - AVP, gross - 115k no joining bonus yearly bonus based on performance. Need to move to Tampa Hybrid working model 2/3 days WFO. Curious to know how is work life balance and job security in Citi and also is it wise to move to Tampa with Family/kids. What is the GC policy at Citi. Take risks and join Citi. You get 30k more. Infy will not do GC that easily unless you know higher ups. After you join Citi, continue to look for better opportunities.
It varies vastly depending on the team. Could be the best team ever or not.. Personally, my WLB is just right. I work about 25-30 hours a week I would say.
Take citi then jump in 2 years to FANG
Citi is best known for good WLB and job security. If you are based in Dallas, try to ask to work from Irving location. Most managers agree.
