Role: New-Grad PM / APM Location: Santa Clara Offer: - 120K Base, 27.5K Stock (over 3 years), 10K Sign-On 1st Year Comp: $139K After: $129K Is this low or standard? What can I negotiate for Citrix new-grad offers (more stock, sign-on, etc). #citrix #productmanagement #newgrad
New grad PM roles are insanely competitive. Offer looks good to me for 0YOE Try to negotiate (why not?) but you should feel good about the offer
Always negotiate. look online for various methods you can use, and focus maybe on sign-on or stock more than base. If you have another offer, you can leverage that to your advantage as well. Good luck and congrats!
OP, do you know if the offers were higher had it been SWE? Some companies don’t pay SWE and PM’s equally, so I was wondering.
Thats only 25k more than what they offer new grads in Ft Lauderdale, and the money in ft lauderdale goes much further
Santa Clara is beautiful. You’d have to pay me extra to live in Ft. Lauderdale
