Has anyone interviewed at CloudKitchens recently? What's the interview like? A recruiter from the infra team has been following up for over 3 weeks now. In the email, they quote Travis's past successes and how he grew the company from 0$ to 70B$. Not that I want to take anything away from Travis - I wish the email had more details about the team/role in general. I am unable to gather info online. #cloudKitchens #tech
I did interview last year, some one asked me weird leetcode , then I cut the call in between the interview. That is when I realized it’s a waste company.
They’re very secretive because the company is in stealth mode. They make you sign an NDA before any interviews. I spoke with them recently and the business sounds promising. I think worth chatting with the recruiter
Joining them next week. It’s a rocketship. The 10-12 hrs coding challenge is fake news you can do it in 2/3 hours. Backloaded vesting though.
I admire your enthusiasm. I’m joining in 2 weeks.
If it is indeed a rocketship, the backloaded vesting shouldn’t be that much of a problem
How backloaded? It’s all paper money at this point although.. are you maintaining your comp and RSU on top?

OP Message me. All interview candidates have to sign NDA. So may not share the exact questions but can share my experience. Also refer to glass door and talk to your recruiter.
Glassdoor is actually trash. I’d look at feedback on blind and/or talk to more people at the company. Ask your points of contact: talk to your recruiter, talk to the HM, and ask to speak with an IC about the culture or some of the pain points addressed.
It’s just a commercial real estate company pretending to be a tech company. Has WeWork not taught us anything, lol.
By your definition sounds like only SaaS companies are real tech companies.
Real estate is the most valuable thing on this planet... just saying.
I’d probably ask for numbers- like real business figures to double check how “well” the company is doing. See if they share anything.
I would ask how many pending lawsuits that company has. Sounds like Uber 2.0 again
I also don’t think anyone would want to invest except for the Saudi
They expect you to spend 10-12hrs on the homework alone. Thanks but no thanks.
What kind of homework?
Coding, you can also choose a 3hr coding interview instead.
