Cloud or YouTube for Career Progression

I’m wondering which org is better to move to for career progression. I’m considering moving to YouTube but I’ve heard that YouTube approvals for projects typically take many months which makes it harder to work on new bigger projects. With my Cloud team there’s a shorter feedback loop because customer because it’s a product not yet in GA. Does this make it difficult to find interesting things to work on? Any thoughts on this? #engineering #software #career
