Hi Cloud security or cybersecurity is a hot buzz word out there. Its a crowded space with more than 25 unicorns. Companies like Wiz, Orca Security, Lacework, Snyk etc raised $500M - $1B funding in 2021. Their valuation is above $2B. Lacework boasts of $8.3 valuation based on last funding round. None are going to be acquired. They are primarily solutions engineering companies that have some helpful tools built on top. There is a reason Chronicle got folded back into Google. The only companies that care enough about then for an acquisition (Google, Microsoft, Amazon) already have better systems.
