Hi, I would like to know how Microsoft pay structure works. In the offer letter it says core priority based incentive target is 30% and overall range is 0-90%? Is 30% achievable as it is target or what it the target bonus we can expect if meet the expectations. L64: Base 150K Stocks: 120k Cbi: 30% I don’t understand this metric. YOE: 7 (3 years at AWS) What do think of the salary?? #Microsoft
CBI just means bonus (commitment based incentive) Yes, it’s very achievable. Most people “meet expectations” and get 80%-120% of target (24-36%)

150K base is less for L64 level. It's more like L63. Which location? Which group?
