I use iCloud for my personal stuff because I’m a mac user with an iPhone. I don’t think I would use it for work, it just feels too limited. I used Dropbox for work when I was freelancing, and I still think it has the best user experience. Drive is trash. They finally made it a bit better by updating their desktop syncing app, but it still feels like a weird product and discoverability is strangely bad. Never used One Drive, but I’m sure it’s ok, but probably not as good as Dropbox or iCloud
1. Is iCloud free or you have to buy subscription? 2. One drive costs $2 per month, I liked one drive because I am a windows guy. 3. I am using Google drive for easy access with whoever has a gmail
