Tesla factory is like a circus. Parking lot smells like weed all night long from people trying to cope with how much they hate their jobs. Anyone who can climb above in that environment should be praised. In my time there, there were drugs found in a car at the end of line inspection once and another time someone accidentally discharged their firearm near the line. People moving parts to the line on the tuggers would stop and fist bump before having a 10 min conversation and cause the entire line to stop in the meantime. For every minute the line is at a stop, it costs the company 10s of thousands (if not more) of dollars in lost profits.
