I’ve been a competitive bodybuilder for many years. A lot of people are surprised that I’m also a programmer, but to me both have a lot in common as each requires an enormous amount of dedication and patience. I’d love to hear more about other programmers also into body building. What are your lifts, size, body fat, etc? Not a competitive bodybuilder but gym rat. 5’9 75kg 12%bf Have to measure 1rm but should be around 100/200/200 in kgs for B/S/D Tried a 200mg 6week test only cycle in nov-dec to see how I feel. Would be soon starting a 350mg cycle for them sweet gainz.

I'm a SWE who also does fitness modeling on the side. My physique is more like A&F than a bodybuilder (by choice). I don't bother to find out my maxes because I'm more focused on hypertrophy. 5'10, 155lbs, 11-13% body fat during bulk, 7-9% during shred. Do you recommend any lean mass gainer? I bought my first one and it tastes terrible. Also do you use any gear or are you all natty? No judgement. I've thought of trying some but I don't really need to given my current physique and goals.

Just eat one extra meal per day (with some extra carbs if you feel like you're really lagging), mass gainer is absolute trash and unnecessary/worse that sticking to whole foods.

My appetite is already low, eating lunch and dinner is often a chore. It feels like a waste of time and money to make food that I won't even enjoy.
