I recently got an offer for a digital engineering TPM at cognizant CTS. The recruiter called with the offer and was pushy for a start date before talking comp. When I asked about signing bonus, yearly bonus, benefits she had no idea about any of them. Does anyone know anything about the pay structure there or even the work life balance? The offer was 149k I told them I’d need 165 and I need to understand all other aspects.
Never join a WITCH firm. Their business model is based on low pay aka wage arbitrage
Big4s are no different my friend. Anybody in consulting fir that matter. How much do you bill for to client is not at all correlated with how much you are paid.
