I met a guy who came from Cognizant. He called it a monster lol.

Some say demotions but they will call it reverse promotions. I saw this type of behavior at some consulting companies. Just burn thru resources and hope that those can be replaced fast enough. Someone needs to order analyst report about benefits of talent retention and how much it cost to replace people.
