Coinbase Culture post IPO
What’s the culture like? How are the benefits? Is 401k match still only 1%? What’s pto and WLB like?
Benefits similar to other major tech companies: typical medical insurance, wellness stipend, WFH stipend, etc Unlimited PTO plus mandatory company wide "recharge day/week" a few times a year. WLB not great for most teams
401k match may be 50%. Don't remember exactly.. as I don't care and I front-load and max out 401k anyway. It's nothing compared to comp anyway
How much is the wfh stipend? Is there food stipend

WLB is pretty shit for the peanut TC they offer. And no negotiation. No thanks!

I really like it here and I get paid more than my same grade in FAANG.
Is that after accounting for IPO bump? Are new offers beating new faang offers for the same grade?
I am not sure but I got the same grade and a 30% bump.

What’s bad about it? It’s down now since IPO buy don’t think it will stay there after next Bitcoin halving in few years will probably pump hard again
