Regardless of interview difficulty, not of the same caliber tech-wise or prestige-wise IMO
Fintech will surpass adtech. Meta will do fine in the long term by expanding on VR/AR which will get repurposed to adtech VR.

It's much much easier I've seen the feedback from interviewers for some new hires and people that had really bad negatives (no communication at all, rushed coding and made a lot of bugs and poor design, etc.) pointed out still got hired...
