Please share your experience with coinbase on 1. Interview process 2. Do they give multiplier as they say next year on performance 3. How is the company culture? Is the people focused or is it Amazon type I am lot more interested in culture and work life balance.#engineering #coinbase

I had my interview rounds with coinbase. Had a total of 4technical rounds + 1 behavioral. My recruiter told me that i had positive in all 4 tech rounds but the behavioral one gave negative, which was kinda expected and its with the hiring committee right now. My behavioral round was very weird, the guy seemed to be very inexperienced, was saying out random things and seemed to be not interested in the interview at all. Later I checked his linkedin profile and he was a manager at only 4yoe!! Everything made sense then!
Lol, i just checked his LinkedIn profile again, and he just left Coinbase! Looks like destiny wanted him to be there just to give a thumbs down to me 🤣🤣
