Please understand that the Recruiting team does not have insights into this. We obviously want all newcomers to have a good experience and to profit as much as possible off of Coinbase’s success, but we simply don’t have firm guidance on when and how this will all take place. To suggest the recruiting team has any other motive just simply doesn’t make sense
While I agree - recruiters have no intention to disappoint people, but if that’s true, why wouldn’t they share more and expedite the processes? I know 5+ people interviewing at the moment who all say that recruiting is unorganized and not willing to share the next board meeting date (which I’m sure doesn’t break any ‘quiet period’ clause because the board has met every 2-3 months for over a year now)
Moreover, a buddy told me that the recruiter has even ‘shamed’ them for trying to join pre-IPO

Even anyone in Coinbase knows, they don't suppose to disclose this number I think.

How strict is the google RTO ?
Nope, I’m hearing mixed news on the board either meeting on 2/1 or 2/21 to decide the stock value for new joiners this year. ANYONE ELSE??? Someone who can confirm/deny the board meeting dates since recruiters are getting more recruitery by the day?
Someone else on blind said they were meeting 2/3?
Yeah I don’t even know anymore. I’ve seen first week of Feb, but also end of Feb be quoted on Blind 🤷🏼♂️
