I know the salary is fixed, but can I negotiate a sign on bonus for a non-tech role (product marketing in this instance)?
I donât know about CB specifically but with tech companies in general you have a lot of bandwidth to negotiate with RSUs and sign on, especially if you have a other offers (or say that you do).
No we generally donât do sign on bonus even for tech roles. You can still try. You may get small amount.

They have RSU multipliers for performance. But the base Meets All package is the same for everyone at that level and role. You can still make up to 30-40% more for high performance.
