207K base, 10% bonus, 275K RSUs per year. There are performance based multipliers on bonus and RSUs.
Are there any refreshers? RSUs is the same ballpark of what FB would offer.
The $275K is given each year and it’s the amount that’s guaranteed not the number of stocks. We did talk refreshers but didn’t talk in much detail.
Did they offer any sign on bonus ?
Sign on bonus if you’re say losing an upcoming stock vest. But the recruiter was very clear about the offer being non negotiable. For Amazon peasants it’s not bad though.

this is true. You can negotiate a 10-15% sign on but that's really it. Based on the numbers you shared I can tell you're based off Seattle. There is a reason why coinbase shares those numbers so early in the process - because they're non negotiable. Everybody gets pretty much the same in the same level and location, for better or worse.
