Has your firm implemented any policy or guidance to ease the "zoom fatigue" and prevent burn out from the blurred work life balance? For example ours just announced no meetings are to be held on fridays. https://ideas.ted.com/zoom-fatigue-is-real-heres-why-video-calls-are-so-draining/
No but no meetings on Friday would be nice
Do you have a lot of meetings generally? Thus no meeting on fridays is actually quite refreshing.
Not really but maybe no staffing at 5pm on Friday would be nice
We have Fridays off every 4 weeks or so.
Off as in no work, paid time off? That's really nice wish we had that
Yup, firmwide office closure. Very good for company morale too.
Yes, Zoomfatigue is real. For me, it was because of taking notes. I recently began using Marsview Notes. It transcribed, captured my meetings quickly, took my notes for me, and shared everything that was discussed in the call via email. It was a worthy upgrade. https://bit.ly/MarsviewNotes
