Comcast Exec Director Base|RSU|Bonus
Hi, what Base|RSU|Bonus should one expect for their Comcast Exec Director positions based out of Philly? Tech and Products division (TPX - I think thats what they call it)? Make: $250k+ Thanks in advance!!

They offer stock (RSU) I can confirm that.
They offer Bonus + stocks both at the time of hire. Also, they give you more stocks every year with annual bonus. How much? It may vary with your position.

When you get hired. You get joining bonus + rsu. Every year in march, you get annual bonus + rsu (depends on project division and role).
You can also buy stock 15% below the market every 3 months....must hold for 12 months

Yes. Every quater they open 15% discount stocks window for 15 days. I think you can get 15% discount on lowest price of stock in those 15 days. You have to hold them for 1 year and then you can sell. This maybe off topic but for info, + free xfinity internet & cable service for one connection. ( charged for modem rental) + every year free universal park ticket for one day. You can have 3 people with you. So, One day pass for 4 people. These are small perks for an Exec Director but good for new hire after grad.
