Below is the list of things that suck about Comcast: • The worst customer service • The worst mobile app for Xfinity Mobile • They constantly screw things up. Why does it SUCK SO MUCH? UGH 😣 I’m gonna switch back to Verizon. Even if my bill will increase 2x, I’m seriously fed up with this crap 💩 To Comcast employees: What’s wrong with your company?
Move on. ISP service is almost a monopoly for them in some cities. You literally don't have a choice aside from starlink from Musk
I’ve heard there Verizon 5G. Home Internet that connects to the nearby cell towers
That's true, but not sure how viable it will be as a replacement for home ISP from Comcast. Home network traffics are way more intense than mobile devices. So maybe for light usages, it can fulfill the needs. But keep in mind, home network has things like camera surveilance (sometimes multiple cameras), 4k streaming, and loads of people using the system at the same time. I am not against Verizon 5G and others. I want to them to succeed, and we as consumers have more choices. But I doubt it will be fruitful anytime soon as a alternative for home internet. At the moment, I think Starlink is potentially a good choice for folks in remote areas where 5G does not even penetrate.
Go try Dish and you will find out what sucking means.
Dish provides Internet?
@OP Not making excuses here but customer service is a shit show across most internet and cable providers. Major issue is lack of incentive to improve - the big players essentially have control over specific geographies and it's impossible to switch providers in certain areas. agree with you but best of luck with that massive Verizon bill.
They are the best where I live
Customer service?
I only dealt with customer service when I cancelled or started new service. Other than that, I stick to my ISP for years. Not to praise them in any way, but in a grand scheme of things, customer service shouldn't be the only factor to decide your ISP. Folks in bigger metro have choices, people in remote suburbs don't hava a choice
As much as I hate to praise any telecom, AT&T Fiber service has been great. I pay like $45 a month for 300M. Lots of gaming and streaming. No complaints about speed. I don't think it's been down once either in the roughly 9 months I've had it compared to hearing about Xfinity outages quite often.
You did a great job of pretending spectrum doesn’t exist.
To Roblox employees: What’s wrong with your company?
It is not that bad i feel.
A service is usually good until you have a problem and have to deal with its customer service
